Who we are is how we teach
Who we are is how we teach, it's how we plan, it's how we do everything. If we don’t take the time to understand who we are on an intimate level, where our strengths lie and where the gaps are then we can never truely become the best versions of ourselves.
This diagram sparked a lot of discussion in my Fuel Your Pilates Soul webinar recently (you can watch it here).
So some quick questions for you to consider:
Where do you sit on this Planning Personality spectrum?
Does it change when you are in a rush, stressed, relaxed or teaching in a different type of setting?
How do you set yourself up to feel comfortable in your teaching space?
Do you feel like you belong?
There are two extremes on the spectrum and both have positive and negative qualities.
We need to recognise where we sit and how that makes us feel and then look at where we want to be and how to move towards our own version of equilibrium.
We discussed strategies aroumd how to do this in the Fuel your Pilates Soul Webinar which you can watch here
